London and Stetelman:  Ranked as #2 Property Management Firm in Mississippi by the Mississippi Business Journal, August 28, 2006 - managing a total of 336 properties.  Among privately held firms, they are ranked #1 in the state.

Specialization

The most important factor contributing to our firm’s success is specialization.  Little did the Stetelman family know when the company began in 1933 where it would be today.  Back then it was possible to "do it all,” but not in today's market.

After 76 years in business, people know us, they've come to us to handle their properties based on our experience, and we're pleased to have their vote of confidence.

London & Stetelman Commercial Realtors handles commercial leases on retail, office, industrial & warehouse space as well as property management of multi family residential and home rentals.

We currently estimate our managed listings at more than 1.5 million square feet of property in and around Hattiesburg.

London & Stetelman Commercial Realtors also offer build-to-suit opportunities for commercial and investment property and business brokerage.
