Ben
McIlwain is a leader with extensive experience in strategic
banking operations including branch development, deposit
development, and loan origination. He is experienced in
developing and implementing branch bank construction and
renovation and has excellent marketing and personal relations
skills. His extensive background in the financial market are
extremely beneficial in the commercial real estate market.
BACKGROUND
Ben joined
Richton Bank and Trust as a teller in 1971. He was promoted to
Assistant Vice President in 1974 and Branch Manager in 1977. He
served as Vice President from May 1981 to January 1996
before accepting the position of President, where he served from
January 1996-February 2009. He later worked with Primerica
Financial Services.
