Zeke Powell is a retired banker with over
thirty years of experience in the banking industry with most
of his experience in the real estate lending including
subdivision development, commercial income producing
properties, apartment lending, and working with
single-family builders and developers. He has held the
following licenses: Residential Home Builder, Real Estate
Broker, and Certified General Appraiser. He is actively
engaged in real estate as an owner, property manager, and
commercial real estates sales. He holds a Bachelor’s of
Business Administration with an emphasis in business from
the University of Southern Mississippi.
