Land Development Code

Earlier this year, the City Council approved a new Land Development Code. In summary, the code is much more legible and searchable than the previous code, and includes interactive document linking, pictures, charts, and several other items to make the document much more useful for Realtors and developers than it has been in the past. If you're thinking about developing property, changing signage, rezoning a property, or changing the use, this is a great resource to get you started.
