Residential Vacate Notice 

    By completing and submitting the below survey, I agree to the following:

    I understand that I am responsible for the rent through the end of the lease.     I further understand that I must notify the resident manager or Ms. June Owens for an inspection when I have packed and cleaned up the apartment/house, before the electricity is turned off.
     
    I understand, according to my lease agreement, that failure to give a full 30-day notice, failure to turn in all keys, and/or failure to have my rent paid current will forfeit my deposit. Otherwise, normal wear and tear considered, any deposit will be refunded less any cleaning/carpet shampooing/repairs as noted during inspection. I further understand that my deposit refund will not be processed for 30-45 days. This notice must be given on or before the first day of the month to be valid for the following month. 
     
    Should I vacate before the end of the month and someone else moves in before the end of the month, I will be reimbursed for the rent they pay, less any commission, provided I have paid a full month’s rent.
     
    I understand that since I have given Notice of Intent to Vacate the apartment/house managed by London & Stetelman Realtors, they have my consent to show the apartment/house to potential residents without giving any additional notice before each showing.
